4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Cashfree. Astrosite24 does not store or have access to your full payment instrument details.

Ask-AI credits are non-refundable once used.
PDF reports are one-time purchases and non-refundable.
Subscriptions can be cancelled, and access remains until the end of the billing cycle.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is securely stored using Google Cloud Firestore and protected by industry-standard security practices. Access to sensitive data is restricted and monitored.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Your data may only be shared with:

Payment processors (Cashfree) for transaction handling.
